If you use the name of a player who was banned, will you get banned too?

My friend is AspiraDream who got banned recently and she said I could use her screenname but I want to make sure I won't get banned.

I have another question related to banned/not banned accounts..

Can you use the characters of other banned players WITH their permission?

OOC: My friend AspiraDream was banned and she wanted me to roleplay some of her characters on WCRPG so I decided to start with Loverspaw.

IC: Loverspaw took a deep breath and looked around. "DarkClan, I'm back." The femme meowed. She was 12 moons old now and needed her warrior name, but she was gone for a while. "Sadly, I am still a pacifist, so I will not participate in battles."

Allie looked at Sita. "Hey there, I am Allie Brosh, but just call me Allie." She purred.

"So far, so good." She purred, looking at Missisippi with a friendly gleam in her blue eyes.

"Thank you guys." Loverspaw mewed.

Loverspaw nodded. "If you ever want to say something about me, please say it to my face. I can tell that you don't like me." She said calmly.

"Nice to meet you." Allie said, looking at Daenerys.

Riot walked up to the tall building that SkyClan called home, a curious look in her blue eyes. The flame point tapped on the glass with her metal claws, peering inside. "Hello? Is anyone here?" She yowled.

"I'm Riot, I'm here to join and I got here by walking." Riot meowed.

"Thank you." Loverspaw mewed, looking at Selina with her light gray eyes.

"Hmm.. Border?" Riot asked with a surprised look. "Back in L.A. you didn't mark your territory. You just challenged anyone who invaded your den or house."
